1.  The State of South Dakota does not burden it's residents with a state income tax.
 

 2.  The State of South Dakota levies a 4% sales tax.  Local communities may
      add up to another 2%, to be used for local services and projects.  My Home
      Address, Inc. is located in an area that does not charge an additional sales tax.
 

3.  The State of South Dakota levies a 3% excise tax on the purchase of vehicles
      including recreational units.  It does not levy a sales tax on these vehicles.
 

4.  The State of South Dakota does not ask for vehicle inspection of any kind.
     Owners are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in a safe operating condition
     at all times.
 

5.  The State of South Dakota does not ask for a vehicle emission test.
 

6.  The State of South Dakota does not impose a personal property tax on it's residents.
 

7.  The State of South Dakota requires that you insure the vehicles you
      operate on the highways of the state to cover the damage you might
      cause to others.  The minimum liability is $25,000 / $50,000 / $25,000.
      and virtually everyone has much more coverage.  It is also prudent to have
      uninsured coverage should the person that damages you not have insurance.
      Proof of insurance is not needed at time of registration,  but proof   
     of insurance must be available in your vehicle at all times.
 

8.   Hanson County, in which My Home Address, Inc. is located, does not charge
      an  annual  wheel tax.  A few of the more populous counties in South Dakota do
      charge this tax.
 

9.   Annual license fee are based on vehicle weight as the unit leaves
      the factory or by a certified weight ticket. Representative samples
      are as follows:
      Cars & Pickups 2,001# to 4,000# less than 5 model years old  $42.00.                     

      Cars & Pickups 2,001# to 4,000# more than 5 model years old  $29.40.                    

      RV's under 18,001# less than 5 model years old $180.00.     

      RV's under 18,001# more than 5 model years old $126.00.            

      RV's. under 10,001# & less than 5 model years old $105.00.    

      RV's  under 10,001# & more than 5 model years old  $73.50.

      and title transfer.

9. With the first and subsequent registrations of a vehicle in
    South Dakota one must have an address in the county of registration.
